She proudly serves alongside her husband as the Executive Pastor and First Lady of New Zion Temple Church, with campuses in Hammond, IN, Indianapolis, IN, and Philadelphia, PA.

Her heart for ministry is anchored in executing the church's vision with excellence while nurturing and empowering each congregation member.

With a servant's heart, Pastor Jacobs leads with humility, encouraging every member to grow in faith and walk boldly in their divine calling.

Pastor Jacobs also leads the S.E.T. A.P.A.R.T. Women's Ministry—a vibrant sisterhood within the church that hosts spiritual retreats, social gatherings, and community-centered events designed to uplift, connect, and equip women for purpose-driven living.

In addition to her ministry roles, Pastor Jacobs is a multi-passionate leader.

She is a registered nurse with nearly 20 years of leadership experience, CEO and Owner of I AM Healed Homecare Services, personal growth coach, podcast host, and author of the interactive workbook And Just Like That, She Became. She is also the Founder and Chancellor of the All That I Am Academy, an empowerment hub for women seeking spiritual, personal, and professional transformation.
